Interview Summary
Catherine Jones-Pickar talks about her life and career starting in Harlan, Kentucky where she first met Holroyd. She traces her steps from going to college at Transylvania University to transferring to the University of Kentucky. She talks about meeting Holroyd again, this time becoming close friends and building a personal and professional relationship. Next, she recounts stories from her time in Holroyd's choirs, some funny, some scary. Jones-Pickar then talks about her teaching career after UK and what she is doing now after retiring.Interview Accession
