Interview Summary
C.A. Mills and his wife Jackie discuss growing up on Buckeye Branch on Stinking Creek and going to school at the one-room school where Irma Gall was the teacher. They share their experiences with the Lend-A-Hand Center. They discuss different aspects of gardening and agriculture. They discuss the Community Center program during the War on Poverty and the Knox County Economic Opportunity Council (KCEOC). C.A. discusses the occupations he has had and he talks about changes in the community and changes to agriculture.Interview Accession
