Interview Summary
In this interview (first of two anticipated), Elizabeth McCall recounts her family background and schooling, growing up both in Cincinnati and Kentucky, studying psychology at UL, and pursuing a masters in psychology at UL as well. We begin to trace the outlines of her career trajectory at Brown-Forman, Woodford Reserve from early days as a technician in the sensory lab , to master taster, assistant master distiller, and most recently master distiller. We also discuss family life, work/life balance, meeting her spouse, family planning/use of IVF, microaggressions.Interview Accession
