Interview Summary
Ray Corns is a judge on the Circuit Court of Franklin County. Currently he is facing a case that is a struggle to reconstrcut the way Kentucky's educaiton financing. Corns is candid in many areas of court controversy. The interviews in this collection were conducted by middle school students as part of an educational media project under the direction of Henderson County North Middle School teacher Roy Pullam.Interview Accession
