Interview Summary

This is the second of two interviews with Elizabeth McCall. In this interview she focuses on the shift from master taster to master distiller, her work on the KY Rye Project, a rye sustainability project, the importance of flexibility in work-life balance, and the ability to set new norms and expectations through dress.
