Interview Summary

Elizabeth Roach discusses growing up in Woodford County, Kentucky. She talks about going to college at Furman University and Columbia University. She talks about writing, politics, working for the Beshear administration, The Bourbon Review, The Recovering Politician, and The Kentucky Academy of Eye Physicians and Surgeons. She discusses her role as a woman and feminist in her work industries, and how this ties into her work/life balance. Liz shares her favorite ways to drink bourbon and bourbon preferences, and what she hopes to see in the future of the industry.
