Mr. Xu discusses growing up poor in Sichuan China, a region known for its spicy food. He later moved to the U. S. and eventually to Lexington, Kentucky where he has been working for many years as a restaurateur. He owns Panda Cuisine and enjoys life in Lexington.Interview Accession
