Interview Summary
This is a rare interview with Seth Hancock of storied Claiborne Farm. He talks about his life and career, taking over the farm at just 23 years old, and several great champion runners and stallions, and horsemen. Seth Hancock discusses the legacy and history of Claiborne Farm. Through stories of his father, Arthur B. “Bull” Hancock, Jr., Seth recalls the early days of Claiborne, including the many lessons he learned from Arthur and other equine industry mentors. Seth recounts risky business ventures as well as successful sales and syndications. In sharing his memories of Claiborne, Seth looks to the future of the farm.Interview Accession
