Interview Summary

Russell "Wolfgang" Bucher served in Ecuador from 2017 to 2020. He served as a Youth Development Volunteer as well as a Volunteer Leader. During the evacuation, he was part of Volunteer Leader team where he was given responsibilities in helping other volunteers in the country to ease their transition of evacuation as well as assisting staff.
