Interview Summary

Logan discusses being born in Tokya, Japan, growing up the daughter of an entrepreneur (her mother) and wanting to be like her. She discusses University life in Hawaii, meeting her American husband in japan, moving to Ohio, marriage, moving to Kentucky due to his job with Toyota. She then began a long career in the automotive industry before opening her first restaurant and later moving to a new;y renovated downtown (Lexington) location.
