Interview Summary

Couch discusses dump cleanups and other PRIDE programs in Perry County. Couch discusses issues that have occurred with spring cleanups and the groups that participate. Couch also discusses her duties as solid waste coordinator and the awards she's won from PRIDE. Couch discusses the importance of education in the future for PRIDE, and some suggestions she has for improving their educational programs.
