Interview Summary
Kenneth Aaron Fairchild is a National Guard veteran who served in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. In this interview he discusses his decision to join the National Guard. He talks about basic training, during which the attacks on 9/11/01 occurred. He discusses each of his deployments and talks at length about times he was afraid. He discusses coming home after his last deployment and enrolling in BCTC. He talks about the improvements that could be made at both BCTC and UK to assist student veterans.Interview Accession
