Interview Summary

In this interview, Janice Crane discusses her family moving to Lexington and her grandfather opening a store. She discusses her family?s relationship with other Jewish merchants in Lexington. Crane also talks about her father?s jewelry store, her parents? involvement in the Jewish community in Lexington in the 1950?s, how her family celebrated Jewish holidays, and the neighborhood where she grew up.
