Collection Catalog
In this collection, photographers in Kentucky discuss their careers. The old Lexington Camera Club is extensively mentioned. The Lexington Camera Club was founded around 1936 and disbanded in the early 1970's. It was the longest running photography club in Kentucky. After the club was disbanded a new club was formed called the Creative Camera Club. Interviewees discuss how they became interested in photography and the evolution of methods used from the 1930's onwards.
