The Blue Grass Trust for Historic Preservation began in 1955 when residents of Lexington began raising funds to buy and restore the historic Hunt-Morgan House. The trust, a nonprofit organization, has been involved in preserving historic buildings, sponsoring community preservation programs, acting as a resource for historic neighborhood associations, and making the public aware of preservation issues. These interviews with long-time trust members focus on its history.
